Yup I'm thinking on getting a pair of frogs for the road I need something that will handle a bit of grim in the cleats but with them having lots of float are they hard to get out of or is there something that can be done to reduce the float for a quicker release. thanks for any replys

With Frogs, if you don't like the release angle, you can just rotate the cleat on the shoe. I like mine to release a little faster to the outside (that is, with less rotation) so I angle the cleat a bit toward my big toe. You can't do this on SPDs or other pedals that have a spring forcing you back to center, but on Frogs it works fine.
