|I have an Ultegra triple that appears to be adjusted right when in the bike stand as well as shifting just fine while riding flat at any speed. But, when I'm out of the saddle on a climb the chain wants to jump to a different cog (I think a smaller one but it's hard to tell). Very annoying! Any suggestions.|

|Sounds like classic ghost shifting -- is it happening mostly in the middle cogs? That would confirm the diagnosis. If that's it, your rear derailleur cable is binding someplace and you're flexing the frame enough that it pulls on the cable. Clean and / or replace your rear cable and housing and I bet that'll take care of it.

|I know there are a million ways to try to fix ghost shifting, but I always go with the downtube barrel adjusters.
I avoided them for a long time thinking they were useless, but this is exactly why every bike has them. Try turning them 270 or 360 degrees (clockwise or counter? It depends).
