|I am looking at the new Sigma Sport BC1200. It has the capability to be refitted with the new generation Sigma Sport wireless system called RDS.

|They had a sale on them at Excel - $35 for the wirelss Targa or 1200. It's a very nice computer and my only complaint is that the wireless portions are pretty big compared to other wireless computers I have (Cateye, Specialized.) They work very well though and the wireless versions have nice testing functions that allow you to verify where the problem is if it stops working. I think it's currently listed at $42 (again at Excel.)|

|I'm wary of wireless, but I bought the BC1200 because I can order the wireless 'kit' in the future if I want to try it out. I really want to mount the new BC1200 on the stem, and I think that the wireless kit won't allow that.
In any case, let's see how the compare to the old standby Mity-3.

|You are correct in your assumption. The BC1200 with the wireless kit cannot be stem mounted...."unless you want to read the display sideways." That's a quote from Sigma's customer service department. I emailed them last week asking if the 1200+RDS could be stem mounted.
My search continues for a stem mounted wireless computer.

|That's the mount they had to use on my oversized bar because it has two zip ties.
Check out the 4th item from the bottom.
