Mar 30, 2003 2:18 AM | | We talk about big luck! I was just finishing the 300km Brevet race here in Greece (8th in 79 racers) and after the finish line i was bitten by a dog at my left calf!!!
So i spent the evening running in hospitals and drug shops rather than resting and eating.
Anyway, the race was a great experience. In the return leg my team (5 riders)formed a single rider train and we rode a 40 km/hour race. We passed at least 40 racers who were in front of us in the last 150 km. Very nice. |
