Campy 10sp Rear comatable w/ Shimano Crank??pappy_d

I know this has been asked before, but I'm hoping some who has experience can answer definitively;

I want to use a Campy 10 sp rear end/ Ergo levers, with a Shimano 600 Crank/ 105 derailuer. Will the 105 brake calipers work with the Ergo shifters?

Does this work??

I know its a bs setup, but I'm a college student on a budget who has a road biking problem.

thanks

Plus, you'll have TWO ways to release your brake calipers. I have a bike with Daytona shifters\RD\rear hub\cassette and Ultegra brakes\FD\front hub and it works perfectly.
How well does the 10spd chain work with Shimano rings?boneman

I'm curious on how well it shifts and if the chainrings for a 10 are actually milled thinner than those for a 9spd setup.
Just fine on my setup...mnRusty Coggs
