|the gunnar sport frame that i'm considering touts that it accepts these brakes. i'm trying to find out who makes these calipers. the one's on the shimano site all seem to be 49mm reach.
i guess these are able to fit wider tires and are maybe fender friendly? anybody have any experience with them? the other frame i'm considering uses cantilever brakes which i know will work with the 28-32mm tires and fenders i plan on using.

|Shimano A550 (Tiagra quality) at your LBS
Shimano BR600 (Ultegra Quality) at you LBS or Nashbar
Tektro - not sure of model but they also make them. Not as nice as the Shimanos but are still very nice.
They all have the required 47-57mm reach.
They can all fot larger tires since that is the purpose of a longer reach brake.
They should all fit fenders but that also depends on the tire size you choose.
