there are heavy 350 grams for the 25's
but there work great they have tread for riding in rain.
shed rocks without ripping up the rubber.
there are thick too have not gotten a flat.
would not want to race on them but there are a great training tire use on rollers too!

|Can't be beat for durability. I've accidentally done a crit race in them an they held up just fine. I ride on 25's and am 190 pounds and love to hammer and they do just fine.|

|The Conti. Ultra Gatrorskin's are a better option over the Sport 1000's.
I had a pair of the Sport's on my winter bike and although they were very good for the first couple of weeks they started to pick up thorns etc, so made the switch to the Gator's, 3 months trouble free riding so far.
Ps, Slicks are far superior in the wet over treaded tyres. The Gator's have a cut away slick tread, whereas the Sport's have a standard tread pattern, with channels, hence the problems with the thorns!!
