I'm looking for a wheelset where there doesn't seem many options out there. I want a 650c, tubular, campagnolo compatible at a good price. I want it to be strong and durable but fast enough to be able to race competitively on it. Thanks for your input.

I was thinking about velocity deep V wheels, or maybe building up wheels with chorus hubs and cxp-33 rims. Any other suggestions?

What kind of racing are you going to do? Also, we'd need to know more about you, your weight, strengths, style of racing, etc. What's good for a 40k TT might not be the same for a crit or hilly road race, etc.

I would be doing short distance to olympic distance triathlons on them but would be going much further than that on training rides. I'm 5'10", 175 lbs. I don't beat on wheels too bad, I have cane creeks on my road bike and I haven't had to true them once in three years.
