Got my brand-spankin-new-404s the day before yesterday. They ride great, nice workmanship, buttery-smooth hubs and sharp-as-hell spokes (if anybody else slides their right index finger along one of those things...oh well, another story all together).
One oddity did come up, though: The carbon cap on the non-drive side of the rear hub is loose, i.e. moves freely, maybe even rattles a little. Much more so than the front two, anyway. Do I want to tighten this? If so, how? Thanks much in advance.
Nevermind, I called CS @ Zipp...seyboro

...the endcap is held in place by a rubber O-ring on the inside. I just pushed it back in place, tightened the hub ...and voila. Very helpful people at Zipp!
