how much to ask for it. It's off a CAAD 5 about 3 months old, not many rides. I don't know the steerer tube length but it's not short. Any comments would be appreciated.

I certainly would not even consider it without knowing the steerer length, so $0 here. Not that hard to measure.

just wanted an idea of what it might be worth. Sorry if you thought I was too lazy to measure.
What's the steerer made of?Matno

If it's carbon, it's worth more than if it's alloy. For the alloy model, I'd guess in the $150 range. For the carbon, maybe $200. You might be able to get more since it's almost new, but it's also dependent on the color (people won't usually buy a fork that doesn't match their bike) and a little bit of luck (it always helps if someone happens to really want that particular fork!)... Look at "completed items" on eBay and see what people are paying there for decent used carbon forks. Look HSC1 all carbon forks, for example, usually run about $160 new. (I'm not sure how comparable it is to the Slice, but it seems like a decent fork).
