Bontrager and Mavic wheels question(2 posts)

I recently purchased a Litespeed Tuscany frame that I am building up, using Ultegra components from another bike that I have. That bike has Bontrager Select wheels on it, and I was wondering if anyone could let me know where these wheels would compare to those in the Mavic line? My debate is whether to put the Selects on the Tuscany, or to purchase another set of wheels, and put the Selects back on the other bike when I build it back up (most likely with 105 components). I read with interest the post below (on the 2nd page now) about the best wheelset for under $300, as that would be about my price range, if I were to make a purchase. Thanks for all of your help.

Get Record/Velocity Aerohead or DA/Aerohead built by Colorado Cyclist or Excel. You'll get a serviceable wheel of excellent quality that will out last and out perform any "factory" wheel at that price.
