Can a 2003 Shimano Tiagra rear derailleur handle an 11-32 cassette?
I doubt it.Spoke Wrench

Some guys say they routinely exceed Shimano's rear derailleur recommendations for largest cog capacity. I've never been able to get one to work to my satisfaction doing that. If you think you need the 32 tooth cog, I'd suggest installing a mountain bike derailleur and a longer chain to go with it.

27 is spec.It might do a 30,but 32 is a reach.A lx or Deore isn't that expensive, and will handle a 34.
