Columbus Muscle Carbon fork - reviews ?(3 posts)

Columbus Muscle Carbon fork - reviews ?InTheMiddle
Feb 15, 2003 8:57 AM
I notice there are no reviews in the review section... I'm thinking about building another bike... torn between the Muscle Carbon or the Ouza Pro

(I'm pretty sure that for me the Columbus will be quite a bit cheaper.. otherwise I'd just go with the Ouza since we all know it's good)

Anyone out there ride the muscle carbon and can compare it ? or provide a review of some sort ? (i'm about 165-170lbs and love downhill... and love cornering hard... so any comments in the stiffness, responsiveness area are welcome)

thanks !

Call Carl Strong. He uses the Columbus on his bike and his riding buddy uses the Ouza. WWW.Strongframes.com.

I have both the Reynolds on one bike and the Muscle on another. Both are excellent forks. With the Columbus, it's a little stiffer so you feel a little bit more of the road. The Colmbus is very sweet when your decending at 50 MPH plus. Go for the cheaper of the two because I thnk you will be equally satisfied with either. A friend of mine has a Columbus Muscle fork on his bike and he likes his as well as I do mine.
