I have been offered a De Rosa Primato (columbus el-os)frame, reyolds ouzo pro fork, 2001 dura ace gruppo (flight deck STI), campy record headset, all cables chain etc... low miles, fully set-up for $1200. Is this reasonable? Any comments or questions i should ask...

You'd be an idiot (sorry, just my opinion) not to pull the trigger on such a deal. The Primato was one of the last really really nice flagship DeRosa's. Since then, DeRosa has gone more to alternative material for its flagship framesets. A Primato in good shape is going to be a rare find these days. Look at it this way, even used off ebay the D/A group (i'm assuming less hubs since you didn't mention wheels) is worth $400-$500, the fork and the headset are probably worth $300 in good shape. You also didn't mention stem post and saddle which could be another $250 if included. Sounds like the frame is virtually free. Is it hot?? Frankly, if you're not interested, i know 10 guys who would jump at the chance....what size is it??
Is it a 61cm? were is it for sale at?the bull
