|I posted a couple of weeks ago about my problem with no cadence http://forums.consumerreview.com/crforum?viewall@@.efc0c64
I sent the unit back to Col. Cyclist for a replacement. My replacement works perfectly. Apparently, my previous unit's cadence sensor was bad. All it took was time to solve...and since there is 6" of snow and the temp is in the single digits...I'm not riding anyway.

|about the computer, not the temps. our temperatures are in the 10s, and no one's riding, either.|

|Of course, there's still 4" of the white stuff on the ground. It may be time to take the EB out for its' maiden voyage.
From looking at the instruction book, I think I'm gonna regret not getting a PhD in electrical engineering. Geez! There's a lot to learn...but it will be fun. Thanks for the input recently. paul

|I hate the temp in this area. Now 19 degrees still with snow on the ground.
Unlike you, I have tens of miles in my legs. I have ridden outside a grand total of once. Yesterday. 15 miles.
I have done about four roller sessions and four spinning sessions since the first of the year. Also, I have lifted weights 2-3x per week. Still can't keep that weight off.
By the way...our first race of the year is always the last weekend in Febuary. A road race in the 20 degree weather with icy roads...lots of fun. I think I'll take a pass this year.
