Unfortunately, other than knowing that Mike Garcia builds a quality wheel, I know little of these rims, but they certainly do exist.

I built a set of wheels with them for a bigger man in the club and he seems to love them and they are holding up well. They are 19mm wide and 25 mm tall and are a rounded aero shape V not boxy.Black Ano. is the only choice. They weigh 475 gm and have an erd of 591 for your spoke software. Add 2.5 mm to this # to get the spokes to come even with the bottom of the slot in the nipple.Hope this helps!

I've got a set of fusion rims laced to edco hubs and they have held up really well. I've got about 1500-2000 mi on them and they are still dead straight.
try this link below, Eric built my wheels and did a fine job
quite strong, much lighter than Deep-V, easy build nmsprockets2

I've a pair laced to Ultegra hubs. Fuss-free and great for everyday use and abuse.

The rim joint is not welded but I don't find it a problem.

Like Chuckjg, Eric built me a pair of Fusions with Edco hubs as well. Priced right and certainly faster than the Mavics they replaced. Eric is also really easy to work with.

My only issue is the Sapim CXray spokes. I have broken 2 of them in the last 6 months, maybe because of my weight - 195lbs.
