|Has anyone dealt with Zipp on a returned wheel for repair or replacement. Their customer service department is not very responsive. I returned a rear wheel over two months ago and they still say they are having trouble obtaining acceptible rims from their supplier in order to build a replacement wheel.

|Tell them to send you a entire rear wheel replacement or a check for full replacement value so you can buy the rear wheel from a store. |
Or tell them to credit your LBS to give you a rear wheel they have in stock.
2 months without action is unacceptable and you want immediate resolution.
