|Has anybody mounted a headlight on a set of the Deda oversize bars? Everything I have looked at so far doesn't have a large enough clamp diameter.

|You neglected to mention what kind of lighting system you're trying to mount. |
In any event Night Rider makes a slick quick clamp adjustable mechanism with different size rubber spacers to fit a wide range of bar sizes. It can be purchased for around $20 - no telling if it will work for your application, but it's fairly universal since they're specific bracket may be unbolted and you're left with a flat platform. |Same problem. I just untaped an inch and mounted the light outside the thicker part of the bars. Works fine, unless you really like gripping the tops.
Some lights mount under the handlebars, too (may have to rotate the lens and/or reflector). This works a little better when mounting outside the thicker portion of the bars.

|Go to your lbs and get a plastic reflector bracket for oversize seatposts. I mounted a Cygolite that way, then changed to a long bolt and nut that I carefully pre-bent in a vise (it's a cleaner look). Works great and doesn't take up any additional bar space.|| |
