A spacer/fit question(4 posts)

A spacer/fit questionkoala

I currently have 25mm of spacers on my bike(1and1/8th headtube) and sometimes my bad back doesnt like the stretch. Reynolds says I can go 35mm, so is it going to make much of a difference with the extra 10mm (I will need another fork) or should I just start saving for another frame with an extended head tube?

Is the stem flipable to give more rise, or how about a riser stem or steerer extender. Not the best solutions, but alot cheaper than a new frame.
stem angle...C-40

You don't mention the stem angle that you're using. Flipping an 80 degree stem to 100 degrees would raise the bars by and additional 3.5cm. If you do this, you will need to purchase a stem that is also 1cm longer to maintain the same reach.
Its a 3-ttt, which I think is an 80 degree...koala
