What tools for greasing shimano freehub and speedplay x2 ?PeterRider

Hi,

what tools do I need for lubricating shimano Ultegra and DA freehubs ? I remember reading somewhere (sheldon brown ?) that there is something that forces the grease into the hub, but I don't manage to find the text again. How often do you lubricate your hubs and freehubs ?

Also, can I buy those tools online ? what price ?

Other question: where, also online if possible, can I buy the grease gun needed for lubricating speedplay x2 pedals ? what type of tool is it, how does it work, how much does it cost ?

Thanks !

Pierre

Use the little cap looking thing that came with the pedals. As for the grease gun, I use the one intended for the Manitou MTB forks called the micro lube. When the grease ran out, I just replaced it with a tube of Park polylube.
contact mark at www.rocklube.com for all your lube needs. N/Mcurlybike
