What's the deal with the Ritchey OCR (Off-Center-Rear) Rims? Obviously you can reduce the dish of a wheel, but are there any other advantages or disadvantages to them?

Thanks,

have been doing it for years in the MTB community. My 2002 Campy Neutrons also have a OCR rear rim now as well. The rear spoke tension is much more even left to right which means that the non-drive side can take up significantly more load.

I would assume the risk of breaking a drive side spoke is reduced because there is less tension. Before switching to Bontragers I had a pair of CXP23 and was always breaking spokes on the drive side.
