Hello,

I keep hearing how great the Sram chains work.

SO, for my 9 speed Dura ace set up what model Scam should I use. And while we are at, which 8 speed model should one use for their old Mt bikes and cyclocross bike?

thanks!

I've never seen them for sale anywhere, but they now have a version of the PC-89 with
b hollow pins.
Saves 20g. I can't believe I just wasted $20 on a brand new out-dated PC-89 boat anchor.
I wonder....grzy

I wonder if they're designed to fail at a certain load like a mechanical fuse. Ya' know - the pin blows so your massive quads/glutes don't blow out your knees? ;-)

Sounds like hollow pins would be a good place to store grime and dirt that could only be removed byt staying up late at night witha tooth pick. Maybe it's a cruel joke for the obssessive/compulsive types?
