Kevlar hubs (something like that, saved ~100g iirc) plus the inter-spoke milling. this will probably show up on the '04 Ks. which means closeout pricing on this year's Ks next year :)

I thought I remembered velo- or cyclingnews saying that it was kevlar. but I was probably mistaken.

Sellers on ebay, and some retailers, advertising 2002 or 2003 ksyriums. This has led me to believe that there was an upgrade--real or perceived.
