Specialized HED 374

I have the opportunity to buy a new Specialized 3 spoke wheel (the one which HED now sells as the HED 3). Are the older Specialized wheels the same as the HED 3 with regards toi weight?
there are the original specialized wheels. theses were all black. they are porkers. Then they had the 3's that showed carbon weave. better and lighter. then youhave the Hed 3 version, which is lighter. But not by much. but in terms of specialized, there are 2 distinct models one being heavier than the otherstr8dum1

The hed 3's are only 1830 grams per set in the 700 clinchers. That not too shabby. They are an awesome wheelset. Though I'm not sure why you called them "specialized hed 3" They are not the same. But then again? who cares? If they are good enough for Lance on his tt bike, they are good enough for us "common folk".

I called them the Specialized HED 3 because it is a Specialised wheel (rear) but I dont know what Specialised called them back when they were making them. They SEEM identical to the HED 3... I cant find any specifications for the specialised version but the HED 3 rear tubular weights 1000g.

Does the Specialised weight the same as the HED 3(1000g) if not how much heavier? Thats what I wanted to know.
i didn't know that you could post this many words on a heading-you used to be much more limited on the number of letters-why did they change this (nm)?Alexx
