Cables and housing weightCheezhead

In the ultimate search for weight-weeniedom, i was wondering if anyone knew of any brake and shifter cable sets that would be lighter than the standard ones. I heard that cables and housing can weigh around 150 grams, and I'm hoping that I can cut 50g off of that with the right cable set. Any suggestions??

I have no experience with the product, but IRD makes a segmented aluminum housing for brakes and shifters. They claim a 30% weight savings over standard housing. Both Colorado Cyclist and Cambria sell it.
