I have a Campy Chorus bottom bracket and a Chorus 10sp crank. Do I need a crank remover to take off my crank or should it be able to come right off after removing the exposed retaining bolt? I didn't think I would need a puller, but I can't seem to get the crank to come off.

Don't know any way around this without mucking up the arms or the bike. Get the puller. If they come off without the puller, that would be scary, suggesting that they were not on tight enough.

Thanks Doug!
As Doug indicated, unlike Shimano self-extracting cranks, Campy requires a puller (nm)SS_MB-7
