which are the best Yellow colored tires? After working 80 hour weeks for the past 3 months and staring at this poster of Pantani on my office wall it dawned on me. I want those yellow tires. Suggestions? Starting tomorrow I might have some time off :-)
Pantani is using tubulars...Dave Hickey

But if you want yellow, Conti GP3000's come in yellow.

I like the Michelin Pro Race... and they are surprisingly durable- (knocking on wood)- no flats yet!
From what I've heard....Alexx

most of the pros race on tires made by Veloflex. they may have the names of other manufacturers on them , but Veloflex makes them...
Conti Tempo Tubulars come in colors - at least in Europe - NMJimP

All make solid-yellow treaded tires. I've seen some Vittoria Open King Mario's on Ebay recently - I think they're quite close to the Corsa TT, but with yellow tread all around.
Veloflex makes several of their tires in yellow tread with skinwalls, and as they're made by ex-vittoria employees in Italy, I imagine they'd ride very well.
The Gommitalia's are also on Ebay - search for "Calypso" or "Iris". No idea on quality, but they come in a tin.... I actually want some, in blue, but I have far too many tires now anyway.
I haven't ridden any of these, either, so I can't comment on "best".
