|I need to be able to frequently and quickly remove my Shimano D/A chain. I was told by a friend that a connector link from another chain manufacturer could be used with the D/A chain, but he wasn't sure which link it was? Does anyone know which link can be used?
Thanks for all replies!!

|I'm not using DA, but I swapped all my Shimano chains (five bikes) for other stuff years ago, when they went to that stupid pin. No problems w/shifting or anything else.|

|The SRAM links, available just about anywhere, work well. There are at least 2, if not 3 different models for various chain sizes. Officially they are not supposed to work on anything other than SRAM chains but I use one on a 9 sp. (105) chain with no problem|

|I'm using the Wipperman Connex link on 9sp DA chain and have zero problems.
People must think I'm nuts since my drivetrain is always so clean. If they only knew how little time it takes to keep it that way...
