|The other day I measured my chain and it came up worn to the point of replacing. I was alittle surprised as it seemed fine a month or so ago. The chain came I measured the old chain again and it seemed fine hmmm. Well today I measured the chain at the super-link and it shows that it needs to be replaced. So the super-link is a little longer than the regular link.
Could some please measure their chain at the super-link? I'm leaning toward the super should be the same length as the regular link and there is some wear.

|I measured across the Craig 10sp Superlink and it is indeed slightly longer than a traditional link. I expect that this will create some additional wear but not sure how much given it is just one link.
The rest of the chain is fine but measure accross the link and it suggests that the chain is close to replacment. The Link is also fine (according to its wear indicators).
I've been riding them for ~12mths ever since the 10sp version came out & don't seem to have any sideffects yet (no visible cassette wear).
