Ultegra -vs- D/A cassette lifeWiseGuy

I need to buy a cassette and am curious to know how Ultegra and D/A compare in terms of longevity given the same conditions and use? Price and Specs are easy to find, buy how they hold up is not.

Thanks all!

The Dura-Ace is part titanium which will wear faster. I've also heard rumours that Shimano uses a softer grade of steel on DA than the Ultegra so the cassette wears more evenly. Can't tell if it's true or not. I think weight really has to be a priority if your going to run DA cassettes.

had a DA one, the 15t cog is dead after 1800 miles - so now I use a mix of Ultegra and DA.
