Rivendell, Peter White, sell Shimano standard reach brakes which are really long reach for about $130 per set.
I was going to suggest Rivendell too.Spoke Wrench

They have made a specialty of this kind of thing. I think they'll have what you need if anyone does.

i think yellow jersey has some NOS weinmann's ...i think they are a model 405. the 600 series and 900 series weinmann's have the reach needed (maybe too much) but i havent seen a new set of those for quite sometime.

you can get lost in their site (like i always do) so give them a call.

i have some NOS suntour superbe with standard reach (49-59) but sorry im saving them for the right ride. even then they look like being a tight fit for true 28 or 30c.

if you are going wider i would seriously consider centrepulls.

you can also check with harris cyclery and peter white cycles as well. they have shimano long reach brakes but in my opinion they are ugly .
