Anybody have an issue with their Ksyrium free wheel making a really loud noise when coasting at high speed? This just started after about 1 year and 5K or 6K miles.

You can use a "freehub buddie" to inject grease, though I have always thought those things to be a bit over the top. Standard practice would be to remove the cogs, disassemble the unit - Shimano requires removing the hub axle, inserting a (10mm?) allen wrench from the left side, and undoing the body, IIRC. Take things apart, clean, grease, and reassemble. A shortcut might be to drizzle some oil into the unit with the bike/wheel lying on on its side (cogs up) and spinning the wheel.
I'll have to get some pictures, thanks nmPaul
