|I picked up a pair of Look 247's yesterday, the instructions say to adjust in the (+) direction for less tension, and the (-) direction for more tension. This seems really counter intuitive, I would have assumed that - would make it easier to release. I just wondered if anyone could confirm this.|

|The instructions are wrong, Plus (+) increases tension.
Try it out and see.

|Yep, their instructions are wrong. I bought two pair of Look 396 from saddlesore.net (for the price of one pair via US based ecommerce sites) and the instructions were the same. I understand "un peu de francais" and "uno pocito d'espanol" and saw that the french and spanish translations say + to increase tension, - to decrease tension, but the english translation was opposite. I posted on several bulletin boards and was advised + to increase tension. I wrote to Look via their internet website mailing address. About 2 weeks later I got a simple message that stated, yes, our translation is wrong, + to increase tension, - to decrease tension. They also told me how many turns from full loose to full tight, but the email is at work and I'm at home.|

|Thanks for the help, if you could send the # of turns info on as well that would be great.
btw, I speak some german, and it turns out that the info in german is incorrect as well. Maybe the people at Look like to see Americans & Germans fall? :)
