seat post Binder sizing questionjarraa

Hi,
Stripped my 5 month old pinarello galileo seatpost Binder. Looking to replace the 31.5mm (that's what was printed on the binder). Looked at Performance bike and all I can find is 1 1/8" & 1 3/8? Which one should I get? Thanks.

Salsa 32 mm (with pivoted nut)Markus_B

If necessary, you can use a piece of thin sheet metal (e. g. cut from a beverage can) to egalize the difference.

Why Salsa? Because it's the only clamp I know that has a pivoted nut - this should prevent bolt bending. (And it looks nice.)

I predict that neither the 1 3/8 (thats about 35 mm, right?) nor the 1 1/8 (28,6 mm) will fit.
