last week i had my chain replaced(dura-ace)and upgraded my worn casette from a shimano105 to o ultegra 12-25.on severe climbs wwhen i'm in the 25 cog(i emphasize the wordt climbs''when your out of the saddle and your going in slow -mo.)it occassionally skips.should i drop from the middle chianring to the smallest on these climbs reducing the stress on the chain.(i have a 105 triple).would it help when approaching the climb to keep my speed and cadence high enough to help reduce the stress. again it may only happen 3 or 4 times on a 50 mile ride. thanks.

Sounds like your rear derailluer might be a half to a quarter turn off from perfection. When your that close to being dailed in correctly, it not being there will only rear it's ugly head during the extreme. Also when you put the new cassette on did you realign your limit settings?
