Zipp 303 Clincher wheels... your thoughts?(2 posts)

Zipp 303 Clincher wheels... your thoughts?Flyin Scott

I am looking at wheels for training and road racing. Does anyone have experience with the Zip 303's for training over
rough roads? Would you use them strictly for racing? I am 145 pounds and do loads of climbing. I am also looking at Ksyriums so any comparisons would be helpful.

Thanks,
/Scott

The 2002 303's are pretty light, lighter than the Ksyriums and with a much more aero looking rim.

I'm having a problem with my rear staying true. It's gets off so badly that the brakes get pretty grabby. The spokes seems to be unthreading at the hub.

For all around purposes, I'd recommend the Ksyriums. They are bombproof in comparison.
