Do bianchi bikes come with Italian or English threaded bottom brackets? Specifically the reparto corse frames. Or does it depend on the frame/bike?

Pretty much everything now comes with an english threaded bottom bracket, including my 2002 ev2 frame.

I've had two bianchi steel frames ('85 and '91), made in Italy, which were both Italian threaded. But, you'll want to call a wrench at a bianchi dealer to be sure.

Odds are that the BB will be english, especially if it's an aluminum model, but if the bike is boron steel or ti, it MIGHT be italian. My theory was that the welder just grabs whatever happens to be closest, or Bianchi needs to get rid of.

The last two Bianchi's I've had, both Reparto Corse were English.
