try greasing the rails on the saddle - sometimes the sound comes from the saddle itself, though (where the rails go into the plastic - a drop or two of a dry lube should fix that) - also, I would grease the seatpost binder clamp (where it fits over the frame) and the binder bolt threads, as well. Rather than spraying on grease, a better approach would be to remove the saddle, clean the rails, etc. then grease and reassemble.

I don't know what is in it... I've heard it's practically KEROSENE. It eats at plastic, and there is a good reason you won't find your LBS using the stuff. I'm not convinced it is even a lubricant.
Yep, mostly kerosene. nmgrzy

Copper past for the clamp, fluid oil for the saddleMarkus_B

Had the same problem with road bike (Pavé saddle with Thomson post) and with off-road bike (Flite with Tune post). Disassembled, cleaned and greased the parts of the seat clamps with copper paste (tried usual grease before, but without success) and dropped some oil where the saddle rails meet the seat shell - and then there was silence :-)
