Weight/fit penalty for fancy shift cable housing?p chop

I wanted something other than black or gray SIS housing, and I almost fell into some fancy GT compressionless housing w/ impregnated cables at the lbs... the carbon-fiber-wrapped look would be way good with brushed ti, but they looked mighty beefy.

Anyone know the weight of these compared to Shimano SIS housing? Are road bike cable stops too svelte for such housing? IS BLACK AND GRAY ALL THAT THERE IS???

ThaNKS!!

If it was my bike, I'd do it. If I decided a month later I didn't like them, I'd change it back. Typical brake housing is 5mm diameter. Typical shift housing is either 4mm or 5mm but usually doesn't have to fit through eyelets on the frame.
