How little can I pay for "paddle" type STI's?Skyeward

I am looking at getting a trek 1000 or Giant OCR 3. I was wondering what it would cost me to get STIs with the levers down by the brake levers (like on tiarga or ultegra) instead of up on the hood, becuase I really like the dropped down position. I suppose tiargas would be cheapist but I can't find them anywhere.

Thanks a bunch for any help offered!

At http://cambriabike.com/road/shifters_cablesets/index.htm I've never really seen Tiagra stuff for sale, plus the 105 is a far more solid investment.
If you are really hellbent on saving a few bucks try a want ad here or look on eBay. I'm sure there is more than one person out there that has upgraded to 105/Ultegra/DA from Tiagra and has the stuff laying around....
