I need to buy a new set of pedals, and was thinking about a set with Ti spindles, I am 195 lbs and was wondering if anyone else my size has used a ti spindle pedal. I think speedplay has a 185lb limit on their ti pedals, but I dont know about other brands I dont want them breaking on me.

I have the Speedplay TI pedal. The note in the box referenced a 190 lb recommendation and I usually weigh between 185 and 195. I have used these pedals for over 2 years without any problems.

A pedal that doesn't seem to get much attention is the BeBop. I recently got the mid-line version with a semi-hollow stainless axle. They weigh an honest 195g/pair. Don't remember what the cleats weigh, but they're very simple and entirely steel. Love them so far. I even got a good enough of a deal to buy 2 pairs. $109 at rrbicycle.com and check out bebop.com

Oh, I'm right at 200lbs. Hoping and working for 185 though.
