Mavic 105 OP vs. Cosmic EliteI Love Shimano

Cosmic Elites go here for very cheap. However, will they provide a significant advantage over my 105 36 spoke Open Pros? I don't want to throw money away on what could turn out to be mere "poser" wheels.

Thanks

I have a set of slightly older (bought them from a friend who got them as a spare set when he worked in a shop and just wasn't riding them) Mavic Cosmic Pro wheels. Unfortunately, Mavic discontinued them and is making the somewhat-lamer Cosmic Elite wheelset. The Cosmic Pro's are really rad-- the rim is deeper than the Cosmic Elite, the rim is a blue/silver color, and the hubs are better (so I hear). They spin for a long time, they are smooth, and stay true despite bumps and my reasonably heavy weight (180 lbs). They pop up on ebay from time to time. My vittoria rubino tires mount very easily, and the wheels look really cool. Here's a picture I found on the web. It's not great, but it gives you an idea of what they look like. I could not recommend them more highly.
