Carbon fork for Gunnar Hot Dog...Suggestions?WiscoFever

I'm gonna be building up a 60cm Gunnar Hot Dog frame (Reynolds 853 steel)and I was wondering if anyone had a particular recommendation for the best carbon fork to use in this setup. I do a lot of road racing, crits, and TT's and am ~165lb. I was thinking of probably going with a Reynolds Ouzo pro fork but anyone else have reasons why I should or should not do that?

I have a Gunnar Roadie (58cm) and i have a profile ac but the clean straight look of the profile sc just goes with the steel bike alot better and gunnar offers it at a reasonable price.
