Problem with TIME Equipe Pro Mag Pedalpet

I've a 4 mths old Time Equipe Pro pedal. I used to ride 4 times a week with no problem until recently, one sideside started making click + rubbing sounds (I did not feel anything ...just heard the noise) every time I completed a revolution, it must have mean eiher the L/R side since only a revolution produce the sound. I've change the BB, Rear-D, Crankset (All Dura-Ace) and the noie remains...must be the pedal. And it was not consistent, most time during uphill/slope, smooth pedal will be no noise. Any help or advise on service of the pedal bearings would be much appreciated. I can't find a way to open up the pedal.

Thanks a Million.....the noise driving me crazy

A small spanner wrench will work to pull the retaining clip out of the pedal body. That's it. Just pull the pedal off the spindle; a lot suction here so you might have to pull hard.
The first thing I would check though is the front derailleur. It sounds like what you discribed when it is rubbing a little on our chain durring a bigger power effort. You may need to adjust it. Quite a common occurance caused by flexing of the frame. Good luck

Check your front toe cams on your shoe for wear.
