|I've been looking through the wheel review section and I am a bit confused by the multitued of reviews. I am searching for a pair of wheels that are "aero" and resonably light weight. I don't want a super stiff wheel as I only weigh 150lbs and I value ride quality (stiff enough for fast corners, though). I expect to use them mostly for fast recreational use though I might get back into racing. Figure around the $500-$700 range.
Any ideas? I currently have a tubular Synergy RevX on the front and I'm tired of worrying about the tubular and carrying an extra tire!

|HED 3. Put 'em on and forget about them. Although they appear heavier on paper than some others, the weight is kept away from the rim so it isn't as meaningful an increase as you might think. I train and race on them.|

|Save your bucks and go with HED 3's. They are awesome wheels for the money. Put em on and ride, you will notice a difference in avg. speed immediately. Forget the hype about cross winds too. Dropped in, they are still easy to control as long as you are not sleeping.|| |
