I was wondering if anyone has any comments on this cyclocomputer. Looks pretty cool, and has some nice features, but I'm curious what your collective experiences have been.

Thanks

Yeah, it looks cool. But totally useless.
Do you want your computer to remember your birthday or your name? Do you like to see a histogram of your milage over time? Beside, the compuer head is too big, looks dumb on the handlebar. It's the ultimate cyclocomputer for geeks.
For a good, easy and reliable computer, go with OS's smaller brother: Mity 3, it's the same one Mapei and Fassa Bortolo use.

Yes i bought it for my new bike, and I like it very much...
It has a nice design and it looks a bit different than the other usual ones, I like the statistics functions, you can
set the font size etc.

And not for geeks... for Pro's hahahahaha that can afort it ;)

Buy it...

Some places are blowing them out, but don't be fooled. Any other cateye is a better computer, well maybe not the solar. The battery life is terrible so all your histograms are lost, they are the only reason a tech-geek would want one. The thing will go into a coma, not just asleep, and refuse to wake up without a reset. A reset requires entering much stuff again. I like Vettas because they are real simple, like me, and have a clean looking install.
