About every 2.5 revolutions I get a clicking type of noise. Its more of a feeling than a noise. Originally I thought it was the cog in the rear derailer catching on the chain. So far I have not been able to reproduce the click in the stand. Only does it under pedal presure. My LBS said pull the cranks and re-grease the bearings in the BB. I started to do this but then realized I dont have all the required tools to do the job. Short of pulling the cranks and regreasing BB, does anyone have any suggestions? Could it be that I need new cogs in the rear? How often do you have to replace those on a campy record rear derailier? Have about 1,500 miles on it.

2.5 revs sounds like a chain problem, put the bike in a stand again and turn the cranks slowly backwards. Keep your eye on the chain where it is coming out of the der cage. You may see a tite link or something strange.
