TECH HELP -Dura-Ace levers with double groove barksfacinelli
Apr 8, 2002 12:46 PM
I am installing a set of Dura-Ace levels with a double grove bar and need some help....First the brake lines are on the outside of the bar and the shifters on the inside???It is quite a task to get them to lay correctly in the groves...what type of bend angle should I have off the hood for the shifters?

Little help please,

Thanks

The shift cables don't go under the bar tape. They stick out in front of the handlebar and look goofy- going direct from their STI to the front cable stop.

You probably want to have a professional install these...

The double groove is for Campagnolo shifters, whose cables are neatly hidden beneath the bar tape.
