Look 357s; How Do I Adjust theTension?mbologna

Hi all! I'm new to cycling, and have Look 357s on my Klein. The release feels fine on one of them, but the other is a lot harder to get out of. How do I know what the 'setting' is on the one I'm comfortable with? How do I get the other one to match it? Do you turn the wrench clock wise or counter to make it easier to release out of the pedal?

Also, is there only one place to adjust it? I know there is a place on the top side of the pedal, but it looks like there may be another place on the side as well.

Hope these questions aren't too dumb! I'm enjoying my new sport, but getting a little overwhelmed with all the little adjustments!

Thanks!

clockwise increases the tension. Usually they are set at the same (min) tension when new, so unless you played with the settings then it is caused by something else. Most likely your cleat is worn on one side.
