Next to the top of line Campy product offering during their time. Box construction, hard anodized finish, with double eyeles. Weight, depending upon model was about 440-460grams/rim. The box part is nowhere nearly as deep as the more recent rims including the likes of Mavic Open, MA-3's and Ambrosio Excellence. Logic says that if the box section is smaller, it wouldn't be as strong. However there are other factors including thickness and type of materials used, etc. I'm no engineer, despite having a degree, but my experience has been good with these rims and the quality of the wheel build always has a great effect on longevity/durabiltiy. I have a set of NOS Omega's which I may build up as I've been waiting for Ambrosio Excellights for the better part of 6 months.

FWIW, I also have 6 NOS Omega tub rims stashed back in the States. Campy rims are very well made.
